The team at MobileRealtyApps.com worked closely with Andy to develop a custom solution, unique to the Minneapolis / St. Paul lofts and condos market.
The resulting solution allows interested condo buyers to easily view all of the information on all of the properties for sale in a given condo building, and to view more photos and information on the building itself (beyond just the property). Our technique leverages a combination of proprietary data and MLS data to provide a compelling user experience.
Our solution also makes it really easy to see at a glance on a map how many properties are for sale at a given location.
